Our Pastors....

Senior Pastor - Rev. Gregory L. Keller
Associate Pastor of Ministry Development - Rev. Willodene Agnew

We thank Our Lord for bringing these wonderful pastors to us and we continue to pray earnestly together that God will direct His congregation as we continue forward together in His ministry in this place....

Pastor & Sue  Pastor Greg and Sue Keller

Pastor Greg and his dear wife, Sue, began their ministry leadership at Crossville First Church on December 1, 2009.  Their ministry in the Church of the Nazarene began in 1971, having served churches in Puerto Rico, Missouri, Ohio, West Virginia, South Carolina and Tennessee.  They have also served as full-time evangelists.

Pastor Keller is a veteran of the United States Air Force.  He earned a BS in Behavioral Science from Trevecca Nazarene University, Nashville, Tennessee, and a MS in Family and Child Development from Winthrop University, Rock Hill, South Carolina.  He serves as a part-time teacher with the Master Teacher Program for ministers on the East Tennessee District of the Church of the Nazarene.

Sue was raised in a Nazarene parsonage.  She attended Trevecca  Nazarene University, Nashville, Tennessee, and Winthrop University, Rock Hill, South Carolina.  Her personal ministry is most often focused on ladies groups, missions and music.  Her greatest gift of the Holy Spirit is that of encouragement for both her spouse and the congregations they serve.

The Keller's have three married children, each serving in staff-position ministries for the Lord.  They have eight grandchildren.

Pastor Willodene Agnew

The most recent addition to our pastoral staff is Rev. Willodene Agnew who assumed the position of Associate Pastor for Ministry Development in August, 2011. She retired from a long teaching career in May but has been preparing for ministry for several years.  She received a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Portuguese from Indiana University and a Master's degree in psychology from APSU.

She also teaches in the East Tennessee District's ministerial training program and serves as Vice President for the East Tennessee NMI (mission program).  She presently lives in Sparta where she worked several years with the Kellers' pastorate there.  She has one son, Jason, who lives in Smith County.

Her duties here at the church include outreach ministry, teaching Bible study, and assisting with regular Sunday services.
